This policy covers loocee.co.uk. I'm Lucy, trading as LooCee, and I'm the data controller for any personal information collected through this site. You can contact me at booking@loocee.co.uk.
If you use the contact form, I collect your first name, last name, email address and whatever you write in your message. I only collect this when you choose to submit the form — there's no tracking of who visits the site beyond anonymous, cookie-free analytics (see below).
Solely to respond to your enquiry about booking or working with LooCee. I don't use it for marketing, and I don't sell or share it with anyone beyond what's needed to run the site (see below).
Contact form submissions are handled by Formspree, a form-processing service based in the United States, which emails me your submission. This means your data is transferred outside the UK/EU. Formspree's own privacy policy explains how they handle this at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
This site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect any personal data or track individual visitors.
I keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, deliver a booking. I delete older enquiries periodically.
You can ask me at any time to tell you what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email booking@loocee.co.uk.
This site doesn't use cookies. The contact form is a plain HTML form, and the analytics tool used is cookie-free by design.
